Working with
MEGT
MEGT is a long-established Australian not-for-profit organisation that specialises in supporting apprenticeships, traineeships, and employment pathways. With operations across Australia, MEGT partners with employers, job seekers, and education providers to deliver workforce solutions, skills training, and career development programs. The organisation plays a key role in connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities while helping businesses grow through tailored recruitment and training support.

The work
MEGT operates across multiple sectors spanning government, private and not-for-profit, which made the work incredibly diverse and fast paced. No two days were ever the same, with creative demands ranging from digital assets, video editing and animation to point-of-sale design, vehicle wraps, government tenders and PowerPoint presentations. During my time there I led a complete rebrand, developing new brand guidelines, workflow processes and a refreshed website to bring consistency across all communications.
Creatively directing photoshoots and brand storytelling has been a constant throughout my career, and MEGT provided one of the most rewarding opportunities in this area. The organisation had previously struggled to capture authentic images of people in real working environments. To solve this, I spearheaded a fast-paced 1.5 hour photoshoot on a neighbouring building site, bringing together both blue and white collar workers. The result was a set of authentic, engaging photographs that became a central part of MEGT’s new branding and website.

The rebrand also included a total website overhaul with updated assets, content and animations. These were developed both in-house and in collaboration with external international studios, resulting in a modern, professional brand presence that could confidently represent MEGT across all of its diverse audiences.
